We’re partnered with UBX, FedEX, and DHL to secure the best international shipping and Merchant for domestic shipping rate for you with carriers you know and trust.

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India. For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable for orders above 15000 INR.

 

Duties & Taxes

In case it’s an order from the US, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are not inclusive of all taxes and duties and you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

 

RETURN POLICY

1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.

2. rohitbal.com will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch or exchange for size.

3. In case of ordering of a wrong size, we can offer to alter it in India. However, to-and-fro shipping and custom duty charges will have to be borne by the customer.

4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at service@rohitbal.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

6. Please send the product(s) back to our below mentioned address through courier.

8. EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSR) - Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR), provided we receive written notice from you within fourteen calendar days of receipt of your order. If you choose to exercise this right, you must inform our customer services team in writing that you wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs. Please e-mail us on service@rohitbal.com to contact our customer services team within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Our customer services team will advise you of the next steps, however, you will be required to send the package back to us at your own cost. The full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your cancelled order. If we do not receive the cancelled order we will arrange a collection from you at your cost. Please note that if you cancel your order using the DSR, you will be responsible for the full cost and arrangement of the return delivery of the item. This may include any additional import duties and taxes that are incurred as a result of your return. As these charges are your responsibility, you may wish to contact your chosen postal service provider to find out what you can expect to pay. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of rohitbal.com. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card / Account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
